Behind every successful enterprise is a sound business plan and a hard working entrepreneur willing to take a risk.

We provide small businesses and entrepreneurs with access to credit, technical assistance and small business loans ranging from $10,000 to $125,000 at affordable rates. Our goals are to strengthen our community’s economic base by creating more jobs and helping more individuals and families realize economic self-sufficiency through business activity. 

Our staff is NxLevel Certified to teach business plan development and offer one-on-one counseling to small businesses to develop a roadmap into the future.  Participants must complete financial management training, compile a sound business plan and work with an NCD case manager during the loan duration.
